The breakfast delivered to my room each morning was a great start to the day! I chose from a variety of options the night before, made things easy. I found the location very convenient. I could easily walk to many main attractions. The staff was helpful and responsive to my needs. I really appreciated their assistance.
The stairs were a bit challenging, especially when I had luggage. There is no elevator, so guests should be aware of this if they have mobility issues or heavy bags.

gem of a find!
fresh cake convenient location tourist spots
i thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea. fresh cake and a choice of biscuits were available in a common area from 2 pm daily. it was a good way to meet other guests. the central location was very convenient. i found it easy to walk to all the tourist spots, great for exploring.
there are several steps up to reception, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage

charming stay with homey touches
tasty breakfast convenient service helpful staff
The breakfast was very tasty and served to the room each morning. It was quite convenient and made us look forward to waking up. there were coffee and tea stations on every floor, a feature i particularly loved. the staff also helped us with our bags and provided excellent dinner recommendations. the room was impeccably clean and not sketchy at all for leaving our belongings.
the stairs leading to the hotel and each floor are numerous. you must walk them with ease, especially if carrying luggage. an elevator would have enhanced the experience.

The location was central. it was within walking distance to many historical sites. Breakfast in the room was such a TREAT. I also enjoyed fresh cake every afternoon.
There wasn't an elevator and it was quite a CLIMB to my room.

tiring stairs camping trolley
I didn't like climbing all those stairs to the third floor. It was really tiring. breakfast in my small bedroom felt cramped, especially eating on what seemed like a camping trolley. the scrambled eggs were consistently cold by the time i received them. It wasn't amazing.

The staff was helpful. They welcomed me with open arms. The included breakfast was great. The bed was super comfortable.
I found many stairs leading into the hotel. Each floor also had numerous stairs. You must be able to walk them with ease. I missed having a lift.
